If you would like to improve your fitness then you've come to the right place.  

Since 2007, We've been helping private clients and athletes do just that. 

 

AM Fitness offers Professional Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning services in Edinburgh and Online. 

 

We strive to provide the highest standard of personal coaching to improve our clients fitness, strength, performance and body composition.

 

We work closely with Athletes and individuals to create personalised training programmes and taylored nutrition plans specific to their personal fitness goals and lifestyle.

As a member of AM Fitness you will be given the tools, resources and support you need to achieve your personal strength, fitness and body composition goals.

Through my online plans I’ll show you it’s not just about working out but giving your body everything that you need to stay fit and keep in great shape, including nutritious food and sufficient recovery.

HYBRID TRAINING

If you are local to Edinburgh, you can enjoy the benefits of my hybrid packages that offer everything included in the online program plus regular in-person training sessions with me.
